Well, after I forget how many years, Yahoo! has deactivated my profiles and groups.
Of course they give the typical answer to why as "may have violated terms of service"
Thats like a cop giving you a ticket because you may have broken the law, Yahoo! refuses to answer my emails with anything other then the constant repitition that my account was deactivated as I "may have violated the terms of service"
Of which I can't see how I violated the terms of service, I keep reading it and there is nothing in there that I was doing that would violate it.
Bet hey, Yahoo! is Yahoo! and seems they can do whatever they want to their members and not suffer for doing so.
If Yahoo! has ever done somthing goofy to you, I suggest writing a letter to the CEO, Terry Semel, and given him a heads up. I'm not sure if it works yet as I'm still awaiting my reply, but it's worth a shot.

Jeez oh weez!
Can you say spam? I've been pretty busy with some advocy and what not to come back and find over 150 comments of spam!
Was bad enough with the occasional Casino stuff coming from Tiwan (had to ban a whole IP range to stop that!) but now getting teen sex and rape sites?
I'll have to turn all the logs over to the athorities, hopefully they can trace it back and stop these idiots at least, course others will just step and do it again.
And while I hate to do it, all the comments are now moderated, I was hoping to keep it open, but the idiots are to many in number to be nice.
At least you don't have to be a member to leave a comment, yet.

No I'm not trying to be politically correct, it's just that everyone that I send this to is on my "friends" list instead of being sorted by what makes each one of you individuals such as the holidays you observe, what religions you practice, where you live, your hair color (if you have any) your height, your weight, your political views, whether your missing a body part or two, and/or if you wear pants or not.
I consider everyone that gets this my friend (I hope you are anyways) so at this time of the year I wish you a Happy Something!
Take care and stay out of trouble! (or the next best thing)

Labels, actually labels and boxes or the infamous pigeonholes, why if a
male does something out of the norm that it needs to get labeled
something other then it is?
Like Metrosexual, why is such a label needed? Can't a male just do it
and not have to use some kind of gimmick label to make it acceptable?
Same with crossdressing, only males crossdress, females, never, even if
the label says "Hanes his way"
Why is it when I took ballet and jazz that there were only certain
things that males were allowed to do and females something else? Course
the females did more "sexy" and alluring moves then the males who were
pretty much statues at times while the females flowed over them.
Course I know there are some things that males get to do that females
don't like male ice skaters get to lift females. That is unless your
attend a UGFSA event in which they allow guys to do traditional female
stuff and females to do traditional male stuff and not get penalized
for doing so.
I sure as heck can't think of any reason that males need any more
labels then they already have, we already deal with enough false
stereotyping as it is to muddy the waters further with more irrelevant
terms.
