Well
it seems the number of REAL men who desire to wear skirt-like garments
is growing, especially in Seattle, Berlin and Geneva. Of course men
have been wearing kilts for a long time in Scotland and Ireland,
lava-lavas in the South Pacific, sarongs in India and Indonesia,
caftans throughout Africa, and the list goes on and on. Skirted
garments are a way for a man to show off his muscular legs and make his
masculinity unquestionable.
